Kathryn 'KeKe' Corbin


I'm Katheryn Corbin (Lady KeKe), a fitness trainer and Life Coach.


This fitness journey has become a major key in my life. I love teaching Strength Training classes; incorporating Powerlifting movements with HIIT-style accessory work. I love Skating and outside of being in the gym. 


The most rewarding part is seeing results and changing lives. I’m self motivated when it comes to fitness but most of all, I love the results. 


Being healthy goes beyond just physicality. Emotional and mental health are just as important as physical health. Staying fit means treating your body and mind with the utmost respect. Feed it nutritious foods, fuel it with knowledge and positivity, and get your sweat on every now and then! Fitness philosophy: It is a marathon, not a sprint. Be patient, stay positive and live in each moment. You only have one life to live, so you might as well take advantage of every minute and just enjoy it!

Eating healthy… Don't overcomplicate it. Stick to healthy choices you actually enjoy. My Favorite cheat meal FRENCH. FRIES. All day every day. I am a huge foodie, I love trying new recipes and new restaurants , but Mexican and breakfast foods will always be my favorite.
