Friday Night Lights incorporates all of the energy and excitement of a normal HIIT Class BUT on Fridays, we cut the lights down and turn the class into a glow in the dark experience. **Friday Night Lights uses strobe lighting and other intense lighting. It is not safe for those with epilepsy or any other sensitivity to light**
