Meet our owner, Stick!

I'm from Winnfield, Louisiana. Growing up, fitness has always been a part of my life as I've always been involved in sports and even went on to coach recreationally. After college, I began careers in film and healthcare IT. Fitness made its way back to the forefront once I began helping in starting a successful gym in Atlanta. During COVID, I decided to venture out on my own.

In the Fall of 2020, we started outside in a park. As the winter was coming, I just wanted to get my people out of the cold. With faith and hard work, we moved to a 1,000 sq. ft. space. It was small, but we found ways to maximize the space and there was so much love, hard work, and creativity poured into it. We packed as many people in there that was humanly possible. Due to our presence on social media, we had people joining us from all over the country in person and virtually. Only a year later, we were moving to our current location near Camp Creek. I got where I am today by waking up each morning and using every day as practice until we got better and better.
