Franika 'Fran' Stradford

Franika "Fran" Stradford fell in love with fitness in 2009 as a daycare worker, she would have her class do exercises before nap time. Coach Fran officially became a personal trainer in 2016. She specializes in weight loss and weight gain. After some life changing injuries in 2017, 2018, & 2021 Coach Fran took interest in flexibility, mobility & recovery training. Coach Fran also specializes in senior citizens fitness, she teaches our HIIT & Oldies class two times a week. Coach Fran focuses on mental wellness as well as physical wellness with her clients.
